To be considered for membership of MobilityVic, please complete the form below, indicating the category of membership for which you are applying.

Membership fees are payable, as follows:
Corporate - $300 + GST per annum
Individual - $75 + GST per annum

Applications will be considered by the MobilityVic Committee; approval may take a few days.
